Julia is a website designer, entrepreneur, marketer, quadruplet, singer, and certified communicator. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (USA), Julia has ten years of experience managing seven brands, from world-renown music artist Vintage Mix, nonprofit Christian camp Fort Wilderness, American research firm Business Development Directives, to more in between.
She entered the marketplace at just age 16 as a brand manager and professional singer of entertainment company, Vintage Mix, LLC. The company was founded in 2016 to represent the award-winning music artist of quadruplets Vintage Mix, and Julia embraced her dual-role at the company as professional singer and brand manager. Over the course of nine years, Julia has developed a track record of driving integrated marketing communication for various brands across business sectors. Through her journey so far, Julia has developed a passion for believing in brands and harnessing the power of marketing to bring them to new levels of success.
Julia developed an early passion for digital marketing and web design at Waukesha STEM Academy, where a sixth-grade business class called STEM Inc., introduced her to the Google Suite and website design.
Picture it: Excited, 12-year-old Julia walks into Day 1 of sixth grade. She is handed a laptop, headphones, computer sign-in, and a comprehensive course of YouTube videos taking her on a tour of Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and – most importantly – Google Sites. During the class, she would then put her knowledge to practice by building out a "Stem Inc. Portfolio", showcasing her course projects and ability to import images, hyperlink content, and write a student bio.
In addition to creating a Google Site in STEM Inc., Julia then went on in the Stem curriculum to design a Google Site in science class: an "Online Science Journal". In this online journal, Julia would create a site, share access of the website with her science teacher, and update the site weekly with answers to her analysis questions from textbooks. Her Google Site science journal was yet again another opportunity to understand the power of collective online resources – such as websites – to create successful outcomes in the digital landscape.
Julia's formative experiences in STEM Inc. and science class, sparked what would become a professional business 12 years later. Waukesha STEM Academy continues to empower Julia's entrepreneurial spirit today, and the school undoubtedly established a strong foundation in the inspired businesswoman.
Notable inspirations from this time include: entrepreneur Mark Cuban, STEM teacher Christopher Del Ponte, branding company founder Ashley Mady, and many more.
After graduating college, Julia joined Wisconsin-based marketing firm Layerly, where she further sharpened her expertise in building high-performing digital sites. Today, at its core, Refashion Success exists to refashion brands to not only look exceptional online — but to achieve meaningful, lasting success.
